Mocha Balls

 

 

One of our lovely customers, Angela M sent this one in!
 
Angela's favourite recipe is Mocha Protein Balls.  Quick and easy to make and totally delicious.
 
3 T Almond Butter
2 T Honey
2 t Instant coffee dissolved in 1T boiling water
1 t Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
2 T Cacao or Cocoa
1/2 cup Almond Meal
 
  1. Place the almond butter, honey, coffee mixture, vanilla and salt into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the protein powder, cacao or cocoa and the almond meal 1/4 of a cup at a time. Mix to combine. Work the mixture with your hands to form a dough. 
  2. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.

Awesome pack to trial before committing to larger container. So delicious am in love with the salted caramel and chocolate will definitely be buying again.

First time using pea protein and it seems to be doing the trick nicely. Subtle flavour which is great in smoothies.

Good golly gingerbread!

Have been a fan of Noode protein for ages now (the salted caramel and vanilla are my go to flavours) and decided to try the Gingerbread. Hot damn it is delicious! Perfect on its own, in pancakes, in a carrot cake smoothies and bliss balls. I hope this flavour sticks around for a whole longer 💕
