Our Delivery Process

We offer FREE Courier across New Zealand for any order over $60, and just an additional $4 for Rural addresses.

Delivering to thousands of customers throughout New Zealand every month, It's important that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We strive to ensure your privacy is kept confidential during any and all interactions with our website and communications.

Once you've placed your order it will be sent to our warehouse team to be picked and packed.
The warehouse team will get it on the courier van the same day as your order (if received early enough, generally before 2pm is safe).

Delviery Times:
We use NZ post and Post haste and can happily say that North Island deliveries can be expected to arrive within 1 - 2 business days from purchase and 1 - 3 business days for South Island Deliveries.

If somehow your package is damaged during transit there is no need to stress as you simply need to contact us, we will replace the damaged item and will organize for the courier to collect the damaged product from you to be sent back to us.
