All you need is your favourite muffin or cake mix and some high-quality protein powder. Simply mix them together, bake according to the package instructions, and voila! You've got a delicious and nutritious snack that's packed with protein to help you power through your day.
Ingredients:

1 dry mix box of gluten free muffins, brownie or cake

3/4 cup Noode protein powder (whichever flavour you prefer!)

3 eggs

3 tablespoons of soy milk

1/4 cup olive oil

2/3 cup warm water

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the eggs, milk, water and vanilla extract in a bowl. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a cake batter texture has formed.
Spoon the mixture into lined muffin pans and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a knife poked in comes out clean.
