The Easiest Protein Muffins

If you're like us, you probably love indulging in some baked goodies every now and then. But have you ever thought about adding some protein powder to your muffin or cake mix to make it a little healthier and more satisfying? Well, we've got just the recipe for you!

All you need is your favourite muffin or cake mix and some high-quality protein powder. Simply mix them together, bake according to the package instructions, and voila! You've got a delicious and nutritious snack that's packed with protein to help you power through your day.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 dry mix box of gluten free muffins, brownie or cake
  • 3/4 cup Noode protein powder (whichever flavour you prefer!)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of soy milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 2/3 cup warm water 
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the eggs, milk, water and vanilla extract in a bowl. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a cake batter texture has formed.

Spoon the mixture into lined muffin pans and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a knife poked in comes out clean.

Let cool and enjoy with your favourite yogurt 🤎
