Caramel Protein Bliss Balls

2.5 Cups of raw sunflower seeds
1 Cup of date paste*
1/4 Cup Salted Caramel Noode
1/4 Cup hulled hemp seeds
1/4 Cup coconut oil
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of good salt

  1. Wizz your sunflower seeds in the food processor until you have a coarse crumb.
  2. Add everything else and pulse until it comes together into a sticky dough.
  3. Shape into Tbsp. sized balls and roll in a mixture of coconut and hemp seeds
  4. Store in the fridge.


This makes around 40 large bliss balls. Perfect for lunch prep. Half the amounts if you would like to make a smaller batch.

*Date paste is now readily available in most supermarkets, or if you can not find it simply soak 2 cups of dried dates in boiling water and puree once they are soft.
