Tiramisu Protein Overnight Oats

Disguising your breakfast as a dessert is a great way to ensure you look forward to your meal every morning! This tasty little recipe serves one, but can easily be meal prepped to get you sorted for the whole week. Bon appétit!


Ingredients:

Oats:

  • 1 shot espresso (or instant coffee)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 25g Noode Vanilla Pea Protein (Chocolate also goes well with this recipe if you prefer!)

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Cacao powder, sugar-free hot chocolate or Noode Chocolate Pea Protein to sprinkle

Method:

Mix together all of the oats ingredients in a bowl or jar

For the topping, combine yoghurt and maple syrup, then spoon on top of oat mixture and place in fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours. In the morning (or when you're ready to eat), dust with cacao or other chocolate powder before serving. Enjoy!
