Mix 2 heaped tablespoons (25g) with 300ml or more of cold milk (unsweetened almond milk is our go to) then shake it up and enjoy

Shelf life is generally 18 months from the date of manufacture. Best before dates are clearly printed on the package.

I was after a protein powder as I've recently found out I've gor some inflammation issues so need to avoid wheat, Gluten and dairy products and be low carb.

I bought this as it ticks all the boxes.

I had one serving and found it's quite gritty and not as nice as other products I've bought regularly from scorpion.

I'm not sure if I'll have any more of it to be fair.

I have also bought the collegan and this is good.
